Gloss hair studio would like to remind our guests of our 48-hour cancellation policy. All guests are required to have a current credit card on file in our secure booking software. If an appointment is canceled, no-showed, or rescheduled within the 48- hours a fee of 40% of the total service will be processed. The stylists at Gloss are paid on the services they perform. When a cancellation happens within the 48-hours that is income they are losing, and the stylist is left with a large gap in their day. It is not enough time to fill these appointments as most people plan their visits well in advance. The cancellation policy secures your appointment so the stylists can have consistency and can project their income. Thank you to all our guests and remember your stylist is anticipating your arrival.
Coming to the salon should be a relaxing and comfortable experience. We kindly ask that you do not bring your little ones or guests to your appointment. The salon has limited seating and it can be difficult to provide extraordinary service to guests if there are too many distractions.
Our stylists are grateful for any gratuity, it shows that you are pleased with your service and it means so much to your stylist to show your appreciation. Due to service fees on credits cards we ask that you tip your stylist directly via cash or venmo.
Our stylists and staff recommend products based on your needs. We recommend you try the products a few times to see maximum benefits. If you are not pleased with a product please return it within 2 weeks, after 2 weeks no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
